PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Dynamic Clothes is clothing that alters appearance through physical actions such as walking or dancing. Standing still, they appear normal, but physical actions cause the seams to open, revealing the colourful fabric below.

A proof-of-principle of the clothes was created by the designer and worn by her in several contexts.

SCENARIO

Pelin is at her friend’s party, wearing her new Dynamic Clothes. The music starts and the blacklight is on; when she begins dancing, everyone is astonished by the beautiful patterns that appear in her clothes.
